The Power of Concentration


  • What is at least one thing that the article CONFIRMED for you that you knew already?
This article confirmed in my head the fact that meditation is a good thing.
  • What is at least one NEW thing that you learned that you did not know before?
I learned the meditation for a short time a day, every day, can help you concentrate more on something.

What is the one thing you are now CURIOUS to explore (i.e. something you want to try in your life, something you want to research and learn more about, etc.) and what are you going to do in order to act on that curiosity?

I am more curious now about approaching mindfulness through meditation.  I believe that I am going to find some books on the subject, and attempt sitting quietly for a few minutes every morning, and see if it helps my concentration.
